Frequently Asked Questions We are here to help. Have a look through our FAQ's to see if you can spot the issue you might be dealing with.

Do I need an account?

Yes, to make a booking on Seatme, you need to register or log in to your account.
How do I register?

If you are a first-time customer on Seatme, you can register by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the main menu (located in the top, right hand corner of the website).

You will be redirected to a page with the option to register your account.
Simply fill in your email and create a password, once completed you can click ‘Register’.

Once registered, you will be redirected to your Seatme account dashboard. An email will be sent confirming your account and registration.

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Adding our email (info@seatme.co.za & noreply@seatme.co.za) as a contact may also assist in ensuring all future emails land in your inbox.
How do I log in?

If you are a returning customer, you can log in by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the main menu (located in the top, right hand corner of the website).

Simply fill in your email and password (login info) and click on ‘Log In’.

You will be redirected to your account dashboard.
How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply click on ‘My Account’ in the main menu.

You will be redirected to the login/register account page.

Under the login tab, you will notice a ‘Lost your password’ link.

When clicked on, you will be prompted to enter your username or email. Once completed, you can click on the ‘Reset Password’ button.

You will receive an email from our website, containing a password reset link. Please be sure to also check your spam/junk folders.

Once clicked on, you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password for your Seatme account.

Once created, you can click on the ‘Save’ button and will be redirected to the login page. Here you can enter your email and new password to log in.
How do I find an event?

To find any event on the Seatme website, you can simply click on ‘Events’ in the main menu.

If you would like to search for an event, you can click on the search button in the main menu, or on the ‘Search Events’ button located on the home page.

By clicking on the ‘Search Events’ button, you will be able to search for an event by event name, artist or date.

How do I buy a ticket?

To purchase a ticket to any event, you need to select an event.

By clicking on an event, you will be redirected to the event’s page. Here you can click on the ‘BOOK YOUR SEAT’ button to select your seats.

By clicking on a seat, an ‘Add seat to cart’ button will appear. By clicking on this button, your selected seat will be added to your cart. Seats need to added to your cart individually.

Once completed, simply click on ‘Confirm tickets’ and follow the steps to complete the purchase.
Do I need to print my ticket?
What does each seat colour mean?

You will notice that there are various seat colours on our seating chart. Below is a list of each seat colour and their meaning:

Black: All black-coloured seats are available. In short, these are the ones you want to be on the lookout for.

Blue: All blue-coloured seats have already been booked. Unfortunately, this means that these seats are unavailable.

Grey: All grey-coloured seats are unavailable.

Red: All red-coloured seats are currently in someone else’s cart.

Yellow: Any seat that displays as yellow, is already added to your cart.

Green: All pensioner tickets will be displayed as green. If there are no green seats on the seating chart, there are no pensioner tickets available for the event.

On the seating chart, you will also be able to view the ‘Seating legend’ containing relevant information concerning each seat colour and it’s price.
Can I get a refund?
How do I find my tickets?
All tickets are sent via email from Seatme, once your purchase has been finalized. You can also find your tickets in your Seatme account.

Click on the Orders tab.

Here you can view all of your Orders.

Here, you will also be able to download your tickets.
I am not receiving the email with my tickets.
How do I make a wheelchair booking?
How do I get an Invoice for my order?

When you click on “My Account” there will be a tab on the right side named “Ticket orders” and when you click on it, you will see a list of all your orders, next to each order is a button that says “Invoice”, when you click on it, it will download your order Invoice.

Black seats

All black-coloured seats are available. In short, these are the ones you want to be on the lookout for.

Blue seats

All blue-coloured seats have already been booked. Unfortunately, this means that you won’t be able to sit here.

Red Seats

All red-coloured seats are currently in someone else’s cart, but this doesn’t mean that the deal is final – you might still be able to get your hands on them!

Grey seats

All grey-coloured seats are unavailable and used as social distancing buffers.
